The recycling series is the first complete set of enviromental recycling equipment for waste and old circuit board in China. It has gotten the patent(patent no.: ZL 00206557. 6). The equipment adopts advanced and innovative recycling technics in physical method. It pulverizes and recycles waste and old printed circuit board, household equipment etc. The purity of recycling metal can reach to 97%.
It seperates the metal and non-metal in physical way. There is little lead and tin in circuit board, no worth recycling. The highest amount, Copper, accounts more than 17%. The gold and sliver is seperated in chemical way. Other epoxy resin, Bakelite and fiberglass are recycled to be used as floor brick, decorating material, insulating material, furniture, etc.
The recycling series is the first innovation in China, and widely applied in GuangZhou, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, ect.
Main equipment includes: Crusher, pulverizer, seperator, vibrating screen, cyclone collector, chamber, feeder, duster, etc.
